2.1 Sales Final: All sales of voiceover credit packs and jingle packs are final. Once a purchase is made, credits cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another user.
2.2 Pricing: The pricing for voiceover credit packs is determined by adsyme Ltd and may be subject to change at our discretion. Prices are show excl. sales tax, which is added where it applies.
3. Delivery Format
All voiceovers and jingles generated through the AI Jinglemaker service will be delivered to the User in MP3 format.
